J.N.T. (Koos) van der Linden read law at the University of Groningen and has worked as a lawyer since 1999 after having worked as a company lawyer at a large accountants firm for several years. Koos is specialised in property law (purchase, lease, contracts, construction, etc.), the general law of obligations (including directors’ and officers’ liability) and procedural law (including enforcement, attachments). Koos’ clients mainly consist of (property) entrepreneurs, including investors, contractors and property developers. For some years now, Koos has been the regular lawyer of a large international property investment company.
In 2004, he graduated cum laude from the postgraduate course Property Law at Grotius Academie. He is a member of the Property Lawyers Association.
